DodgeFestivus – for the Rest of Us

The Dodgeball Project is Proud to Announce…

That’s right, we’re at it again! So put your Christmukkah shopping on hold one more weekend and come out to The Courts in Beaverton, Oregon on December 1st and 2nd for the best kind of Holiday Party: the kind where you get to pelt your friends with inflatable rubber balls.

The price is $200 / team (or $32 each if you want to sign up as an individual free agent), with a $1000 cash prize going to the winning squad.* On the court, the action will be 6-on-6, co-ed (minimum of 2 men and 2 women), with a roster cap at 10 players per team.

You’ll get a chance to test your skills against some of the best dodgeball talent in the country – including members of the current World Championship Team: the Portlandians (don’t worry: they won’t all be playing on the same squad!). And we don’t think we have to tell you that the tournament party is going to reach new levels of awesomeness.

In the generous DodgeFestivus spirit, we’ve lowered the tournament participation age to 18 years and older (gotta be 21+ to get into the tournament party, though).

Non-Portlanders: As with all TDP events, many Portland Dodgeballers are willing to offer up guest beds / sofas / floor space to out-of-towners on a budget at the very affordable price of… free. *Note: final championship purse may be more or less than $1000 (min of $500, max of $5000), depending on registration.
